2021 Pool Opening Spring Program - The Pool Opening service consists of reassembling pool support equipment (filter, pump, heater); Removal of plugs; system start-up; Installation of additional operational equipment such as Chlorinator, and basic self-cleaning system; Basic deck equipment, including diving board, rails, and ladders. This service is based on average-sized pools. Openings DO NOT include Retreat, Opening Chemicals, and Opening Vacuum Service.

    CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITES: • Electricity for the pool **MUST ** be on in order for the technician to perform the opening services and/or maintenance service • Water level **MUST** be half-way up the skimmer for start-up, otherwise it will create a $50 call back visit, which can take up to a week • If electric is not on or pool is not at the proper water level, this will hold up start-up & Vac Service - resulting in call back charge • Leaves, debris, and water bags **MUST** be removed from cover, unless service is requested below. If service is not requested, and the team shows up and leaves, debris, and water bags are not removed, opening may be rescheduled and a call back will be charged.

    The Pool Closing Service consists of lowering the water level, blowing out lines, winterizing pumps and heaters, cleaning the filter (excludes perflex and Sta-Rite filters. They are an additional cost to clean), disassemble deck equipment, if needed, and place cover on the pool.

    **Winter Care Program**

    **Winter Service consists of Crystal Clean Pools, Inc. coming out five times throughout the winter season to visually check equipment, adjust the water level on and below cover, check water bags, and remove leaves. The Technicians can only adjust the water level and remove leaves provided the pool is not frozen.
